At Toyddy, we strive to ensure that every order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. As an international e-commerce and dropshipping business, we work with trusted suppliers, logistics providers, and shipping partners to deliver products to customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
When an order is placed on our website, customers will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, seasonal sales, product launches, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Because Toyddy operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model, products may be shipped from different warehouses or supplier locations depending on inventory availability and customer destination. As a result, customers who purchase multiple items may receive their products in separate packages and at different delivery times.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Domestic deliveries within India generally require between five (5) and twelve (12) business days after shipment. International deliveries typically require between seven (7) and twenty (20) business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, local regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information whenever available. Tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers and may not immediately reflect the latest package status.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Toyddy shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, refusal to accept delivery, or customer unavailability.
For international orders, customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or local postal offices. Toyddy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the shipping provider.
In the event that a shipment is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, customers should contact our support team at Support@toyddy.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
By placing an order through Toyddy, you acknowledge and accept the shipping procedures, timelines, limitations, and responsibilities described in this Shipping Policy.
